Inzpire Limited’s Collective Training Division have recently been involved in the delivery of Exercise TYPHOON WARRIOR, which provides RAF pilots and Aerospace Battle Managers (ABM) undertaking the Typhoon Force Qualified Weapons Instructor Course with the highest level of tactical flying and ABM training.
During the Exercise, Inzpire’s aviation experts were embedded within 29 Squadron and orchestrated the movements of almost 50 aircraft from across the RAF and US Air Force including 492nd Squadron, personnel from RAF Boulmer, RAF Spadeadam, RAF Scampton and the Royal Navy.
To ensure maximum learning potential for those taking part in the Exercise, the Inzpire team designed a number of complex and challenging mission scenarios, which presented numerous tactical problems that participants had to address within a contested, degraded and operationally limited environment.
In a demonstration of the effectiveness of the Whole Force Approach, Exercise TYPHOON WARRIOR also benefitted from the support of the wider aviation community; including the helicopter insertion of personnel at Eshott airfield in Northumberland. Our colleagues at Eshott also provide excellent support to Inzpire during RAF collective training exercises such as RISING PANTHER and the forthcoming COBRA WARRIOR.
