Right now the charity is helping nearly 6,000 veterans and their families who require assistance to cope with a range of psychological wounds from PTSD to depression and anxiety. I care deeply about the help Combat Stress are providing to fellow veterans, having experienced the impact of these issues in both a professional and personal capacity during my service in the RAF. While the profile of these often unseen metal health injuries has been elevated recently during the awe-inspiring Invictus Games, there is so much more that could, and should, be done for those who remain in need of support.
I would be truly humbled if you are able to donate to Combat Stress and the other incredibly worthwhile charities that we are supporting.
