Improved collective training starts with trust at its core.
Trust is a crucial element throughout the entire training process - the trainee needs to trust the trainer, the technology and the process for all desired training outcomes to be successfully achieved.
On 8th September, QinetiQ will be running a live panel debate from 15:00 GMT discussing their thought-leadership report, ‘The Trust Factor’ which explores the psychology of trust in training, takes a look at the relationship between humans and machines and examines the importance of trust in building successful teams through training.
Inzpire's Director of Strategy and Plans Al Whittle will be participating in this live panel, and will be expanding on some of his thoughts from his article 'The Triangle of Trust' which explores the evolving role of industry in defence training and why it is important to build trust among buyers, providers and users of defence training capability (available as a download below).
You can sign up to the the live panel debate for free here.
