Karen joins our Intelligence, Cyber and Counter-Terrorism Division as a Training Delivery Authority Analyst.
Before joining Inzpire, Karen served in the Intelligence Corps for 22 years, specialising in Counter Intelligence. However it was during her early career that a number of training roles ignited a passion for learning and development. This was developed further during her final roles at Chicksands where she gained a Certificate in Education and Qualified Teaching Learning and Skills (QTLS) status along with training in the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).
Since leaving the military Karen has continued to work in Learning and Development including conducting Training Needs Analysis, developing leadership training and developing eLearning materials for The Open University.
