Matt has joined the team this week as the Lightning II Technical Consultant.
Matt has over 18 years of military aviation experience including over 2000 hours of air to ground Tornado GR4 experience as a Qualified Weapons Instructor. He has completed operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, and supported operations over Syria from RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus. Additionally, Matt participated in, and led on, major overseas multi-national exercises and training including RED FLAG, Tactical Leadership Programme, Tactical Leadership Training and Combined Qualified Weapons Instructor. His recent ground tours have been at Joint Forces Command Northwood and in HQ Air Command, where he was most recently working on Typhoon and F35 Capability Development.
Matt hopes to use the knowledge he gained when studying for his Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) to develop his business understanding, and is excited to be joining Inzpire at such an exciting time for RAF Combat Air.
When not at home with his partner Emma or two daughters, Matt is a keen motorcyclist, loves to ski and runs to keep fit in his spare time.
