We are delighted to welcome James Miller to the Inzpire family.
James joins Inzpire’s legal and commercial team in the role of commercial adviser, in which he will assist with the company’s business winning processes.
Following completion of his Law degree, James joins Inzpire from Nottingham Trent University, taking his first step into the professional environment after an enjoyable 3 years of study – despite COVID complications.
At University, James studied a variety of modules which developed his skills in specific legal disciplines that he will use in his day-to-day role at Inzpire. James will be utilising the skills developed in his contract law module to support the legal and commercial division in ensuring the completion of various contractual documents and also conducting research on routes to contract for new opportunities. In addition, James’ time studying intellectual property will assist him in ensuring that Inzpire protects its valuable IP vested in products and training courses.
For his University dissertation, James researched European competition law. Although this was conducted through the scope of analysing the effects of EU competition law on the operation of professional football clubs as commercial entities, this understanding of competition regulations will benefit his work within Inzpire in supporting the company's business winning process and maintaining Inzpire's core values of operating with trust and integrity.
James is excited to learn and develop in his new role and is looking forward to gaining a greater appreciation of all the interesting work that is done across the Inzpire divisions.
James is no stranger to Inzpire - aged 15, he participated in a week-long work experience placement with us and is delighted to now be joining on a permanent basis. He jokes that he was the third official member of the legal and commercial division albeit on a short tenure!
Based in Newark, James is a short commute from Inzpire's headquarters at Landmark House in Lincoln and is looking forward to being able to meet more of his colleagues in person in the near future.
Outside of work James is a huge fan of sport. James loves football; as a huge Manchester United supporter, he rarely misses a match and looks forward to being able to return to Old Trafford. When not watching sport, James enjoys keeping active by playing football and cycling.
Welcome to the team, James!
