It is our pleasure to welcome Lindsey Archibald to Inzpire.
Lindsey has joined our Legal and Commercial Division as head of commercial operations and transformation, bringing with her over 14 years of industry experience in a variety of commercial and procurement roles.
Lindsey started her career at QinetiQ Limited and has subsequently worked for Babcock International Group and PA Consulting Limited. Lindsey’s commercial experience has led her to work with both public and private sector defence clients across air, land, maritime and space. This experience spans a large variety of projects, varying from small value and simple, single source tasks, through to multi-billion-pound complex competed tenders, and even a loan agreement for a dummy used in the latest Mission Impossible film!
Lindsey strives to learn new methodologies and approaches to her work by further role specific study. She has completed extensive negotiation training, as well as government specific training relevant to the Defence Reform Act and Social Value Act.
Lindsey hopes to bring lessons learnt from her experience into the application of her role within Inzpire, in order to help develop optimum functioning of the Legal and Commercial division to ensure that it is configured effectively, resilient and able to support the growth objectives of the business across its scope of operation.
Lindsey lives in Edinburgh and loves the variety that the city offers meaning she can make the most of the restaurants, bars and theatres whilst also enjoying walks in the Pentland hills or the miles of sandy beaches within very easy access. She is also a keen skier in the winter and a fair-weather runner and cyclist in the summer!
Welcome to the team, Lindsey!
