We’re delighted to welcome Molly Hughes to our Inzpire family, as she joins us as an Operations Assistant within our Air and Space Division.

Molly is originally from Torquay in Devon, where she regularly visits to see her parents and (arguably most importantly) her dog, Dexter, a cocker spaniel. She joined the RAF after completing her A-Levels, as an Air and Space Operations Specialist – serving on 54 Sqn at RAF Waddington for almost five years as a Synthetics Pilot.
During her time in the RAF, she took part in an international synthetics exercise in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and also helped to train the Chilean Air Force to use the E-3D rear-crew simulator. She also spent four months in the Falkland Islands working in the Control and Reporting Centre, where she took on the role of deputy adjutant - organising the admin for the unit and helping to train new personnel.
Outside of work, Molly lives with her partner who is currently serving in the RAF. The couple enjoy travelling together in their free time, and hope to get a dog to keep them company once they’re more settled and move into their own home. She’s also a keen netballer, and enjoys playing in local league games to keep fit and utilise her competitive side!

Molly has previously undertaken a range of charity fundraisers in aid of British Divers Marine Life Rescue; a charity that is close to her heart, as her sister is their Head Vet! Their work across the whole of the UK to help save marine life is something that she’s very passionate about.
Molly explained: “My 24 miles in 24 hours challenge – running one mile an hour for 24 hours – in aid of the charity, was the toughest challenge I’ve ever done in my life!”
“I’m looking forward to continuing to work in the defence industry with Inzpire, and furthering all of the skills and experience I gained during my time in the military. I’ve settled in really well so far, and it feels like a really great place to work.”
Welcome to the team Molly, we’re thrilled to have you with us!
