We are delighted to welcome Graeme Snell to Inzpire's ever-growing family.
Graeme joins our technical services team as a programme manager, having worked within the defence industry for over 20 years with QinetiQ and BAE Systems. In his new role with Inzpire Graeme will be focussed on developing new technical markets.
Following his graduation from the University of Derby with a degree in Product Design, Innovation and Marketing (BSc), Graeme joined the BAE Systems Graduate Development Programme within the Royal Ordnance Division. He then undertook roles in strategy and planning, sales administration, bid management and project delivery before becoming the integrated delivery team leader for the AS90 Howitzer and FV430 Bulldog vehicle availability programmes.
Graeme left BAE Systems after 15 exciting years to join QinetiQ Air and Space where he led the industry side of the Joint Strategic Enterprise Management Office (SEMO) building the framework for contracting and delivery of engineering services within QinetiQ’s Air division, succeeding in implementing toolsets that where then developed further under the UK MOD Engineering Development Partner programme in his role as operations lead for EDP.
Graeme is a Chartered Project Professional with the Association for Project Management (APM) and has a proven history of designing and implementing change programmes as well as successfully motivating and leading integrated teams to win and deliver complex engineering projects.
Originally from Liverpool, Graeme now lives with his wife Melina and 3 young children in Bristol. He enjoys running and going to the gym to keep fit and when he gets the time and the opportunity, he enjoys watching Liverpool FC home and away.
Welcome to the Inzpire family, Graeme!
