New Joiners
Zara has joined Inzpire as our Recruitment and Development Specialist after serving over 15 years in the Royal Air Force.
After joining the RAF in 2003, Zara has had a varied career as a Personnel Support Manager in fields such as Intelligence, Accounting and Recruiting. Zara's career saw her working in locations all over the UK as well as the Falkland Islands, Bahrain and Afghanistan, recently returning from an operational deployment to Oman. She was nominated and shortlisted for a Rising Star in Defence award this year for her involvement in the development of the RAF Female Ambassador Network and engagement to increase diversified recruiting.
A qualified Recruiter since 2012, she leaves the HQ of RAF Recruitment and Selection to join our team.
Settled in Lincolnshire, she lives with her husband and young children. She volunteers for Inspiring the Future and as Secretary for Lincoln Sands - a stillbirth and neonatal death charity.
