It signifies 15 years since the company was born on 19 May 2005.
Throughout the month, we will be celebrating 15 years of success by highlighting some of the key milestones which helped the company to grow over a decade-and-a-half.
Inzpire’s first ever contract came almost as soon as the company had been founded in May 2005.
Ian Ansell, one of Inzpire’s original founders, was contracted just weeks later to support classified trials for the Tornado F3 by providing subject matter expertise to the F3 operational evaluation unit.
Inzpire’s subject matter expertise in support of fast jet trials has expanded hugely in the last fifteen years, keeping up with the ever-evolving capabilities of the U.K Ministry of Defence and Armed Forces across the world. For example, we currently provide trials management expertise at RAF Coningsby on 41 Test and Evaluation Squadron alongside aircrew subject matter expertise to technical teams at MoD Boscombe Down.
The original Tornado support contract led to the formation of our Radar and Electronic Warfare division, which over the years evolved in to our Integrated Sensors and Systems division. Most recently, we have created and formally stood up our Technical Services operational business unit which will provide critical support in areas such as: concept development; mission data and electronic warfare; requirements management; and equipment testing.
Inzpire Limited has delivered its GECO Mission Support System to 845 Naval Air Squadron (NAS), part of the Commando Helicopter Force.
