Buzz joins our Helicopter Services Division as an Apache Civilian Qualified Helicopter Instructor. He served as a pilot with the Army Air Corps for 16 years, mainly as a Apache Qualified Helicopter Instructor and Weapons Instructor, and commanded the Apache Training Squadron and was the Second in Command and Deputy Chief Instructor of the Army's Flying Training Regiment at Middle Wallop. Buzz has served on operations in Afghanistan, Iraq and Northern Ireland and in a number of roles from teaching basic instruction through to operational flying techniques, as well as being a staff officer for Apache capability development and a Blue Eagle Display Pilot. Most recently he has been instructing basic flying at the Qatari Air Force Academy.
